The Summit, affectionately known as “GeekNet”, is a gathering of state and local election IT professionals committed to improving the performance of elections through innovative uses of technology. The meeting is an opportunity for government IT representatives to learn about best practices related to open source technologies and election administration, and discuss common problems to better serve voters.
