Thank you for visiting the Voting Information Project at www.votinginfoproject.org (the “Website”).  The Voting Information Project (“VIP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is owned and operated by Democracy Works.  VIP provides online, nonpartisan voter resources.

Please note that this Privacy Policy only applies to the Website. You can access certain VIP tools, such as Get To The Polls and the VIP Voting Information Tool, through links provided on the Website. Those tools each have their own privacy policies.  Information you provide through those tools is not governed by this Privacy Policy. Additionally, VIP contains links to other sites and partnering organizations. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites or organizations, and recommend you read their privacy policies for further information.
